A 20-year-old man has been sentenced to 100 years in prison for sexually abusing three girls in a church in the village of Kangaru in Embu county.

Harrison Kinyua admitted trapping the girls in the church in December last year as they returned chairs borrowed for a funeral. At the time, two of the girls were aged 13 and the other was 10 years old.
