5 Ways To Get Rid Of Hangover This Weekend

A hangover is probably the worst thing that can happen to you when you’re just about to start another week. To avoid getting caught up in such a mess, there are some easy DIY tips that you can use. Do not let an avoidable hangover cost you your job or prevent you from attending that early morning meeting or class. Here’s what you need.

1. Water

When you are enjoying your drink, make sure you’ve got a bottle of water on the table too. As we all know, alcohol can cause dehydration since it is a highly concentrated liquid. It’s a diuretic; you get to go to the gents multiple times throughout the night. A hangover – characteristic of lethargy, headache and more – is likely to creep in if you do not take water. So, try your best to keep hydrated through out the night out.

2. Avoid dancing too much

Dancing not only leaves you feeling like you’ve been working hard at the shamba the whole night but also contributes heavily to that massive hang over. You need to avoid this at all cost. A good, calm dance is great. When you’re at a birthday party you can dance all you want since you’re with your friends and will tend to tone down on your drinking.
