Kenyan rapper Jackson Makini, popularly known as Prezzo, is one of the veteran singers in the local music industry. Despite the controversies, Prezzo is still a star. The self-proclaimed King of Bling has managed to create a niche for himself in the flooded Showbiz industry, as well gaining both ardent fans and haters, even though his music career seems to be on its deathbed.
Well, Prezzo started off the year on a bad note when he misbehaved on national TV during an interview with Betty Kyallo that didn’t end well. The presenter was unable to control the visibly drunk rapper, and this left many condemning him for the horrendous live TV session. Prezzo trended for days and it seems the publicity was something good to him, as he landed a major lucrative deal with Nairobi Diaries, where he was the core actor alongside his girlfriend Michelle Yola.

The young couple being on the reality show attracted many viewers, but it seems the decorated show, which features some wannabe socialites known for their ratchet behaviour, will soon be as good as useless. Prezzo and his girlfriend Michelle were the reason why many chose to ‘support’ the show. They portrayed the real life of how an average Kenyan woman has to cope up with her celeb boyfriend, who can’t resist unzipping his trousers whenever he sees anything in a skirt. In short, they made the show entertaining, at least according to those who watch it.
Well, Prezzo and his beau have not been appearing on the Nairobi Diaries of late, and word is, that was a misunderstanding between him and the producers. The My Baby singer has finally revealed the reason behind his absence from Kenya’s premier reality television show, and here it is:
