Kenya is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. It is a tourist destination thanks to our different cultures and wildlife, but it seems that some people are looking to chase away the tourists. Yesterday, residents from a village in Nyahururu pushed an elephant into a ditch, burnt it alive and feasted on its meat in broad daylight.
Where are the KWS officers? Is someone sleeping on the job? KWS should ensure that our animals are protected or else, we will have nothing to be proud of.
Such cases have been rampant in the recent past and let us hope something will be done.
