Just a few days after a Kenyan man, Calos Arap Sang (his Facebook username), took to social media to expose the problems that patients at the Kakamega Provincial Hospital go through, he is now a frightened man. He says his life is in danger.
Sang posted photos of patients at the Kakamega hospital sleeping on carton boxes due to lack of mattresses. The story went viral and was even aired on local TV stations.

Sang has revealed that he has been receiving threats from top officials in the County government and has even been harrassed and forced to leave the county.
