WOOIIII! The Truth Behind Donald Trump’s Hairstyle Revealed

Donald Trump’s hair has been a hot topic of discussion long before his name landed on the Republican presidential ticket, and now his former hairdresser is revealing its secrets.

Amy Lasch, 52, worked with the Donald on the early seasons of The Apprentice, where she found out that his famous golden locks were 100 percent real.

Lasch was shocked when she found that she could barely comb through his mane, which was ‘solid and matted’ because Trump applied so much gel to it every day.

Donald Trump's former hair stylist Amy Lasch has revealed the secrets to his golden locks - saying his mane is 100 percent real, but that it is horribly dyed and cut

Lasch was shocked when she found that she could barely comb through his mane, which was 'solid and matted' because Trump applied so much gel to it every day

Lasch quickly realized that the Donald skipped out on professional salons and instead had his family cut and color his hair.

‘When I looked at the back of his hair I could tell it was not a hairdresser cutting it,’ she said. ‘It was scary. It was just cut in a straight line.’

But Lasch had even harsher words for the 70-year-old’s dye job, which she called a ‘calamity’.

‘The color was so inconsistent,’ she said. ‘It was not done correctly.’

‘They just colored the top and did not color what was underneath properly.’

‘It was someone in his inner-circle who was cutting and coloring his hair. His wife or maybe his daughter.’

Lasch also quickly realized that the Donald skipped out on professional salons and instead had his family cut and color his hair, calling his dye job a 'calamity'

Lasch said she finds it troubling that Trump hasn't changed his hairstyle since the 1980s. 'What I don't like about that is he is afraid of change,' she said

Instead the stylist would take out her comb and point to what she would want to fix, and Trump would do it himself.

‘I did comb the back and did the sides a bit, but everything was solid,’ she said.

‘It was matted to stay put. I tapped it with my comb and it would bounce back.’

Lasch said she finds it troubling that Trump hasn’t changed his hairstyle since the 1980s.

‘What I don’t like about that is he is afraid of change,’ she said.

But the Republican presidential candidate has recently revealed that he plans to change his famous hairdo if he is elected commander-in-chief.

Lasch (pictured) was not in completely in charge of styling Trump's hair, which he would do himself before arriving on set. 'I did comb the back and did the sides a bit, but everything was solid,' she said

But Trump recently revealed he will start combing his hair back (the same style his son Eric, pictured, wears) if he is elected president because his current style takes too much time

Trump revealed during a dinner in Iowa that he would probably just start combing his hair back.

‘Why? Because this thing is too hard to comb,’ he said, according to The Des Moines Register.

‘I wouldn’t have time, because if I were in the White House, I’d be working my a** off.’

But that likely won’t change Lasch’s opinion of him.

The stylist, who also works as a makeup artist, said she believes Trump is sexist and said he was flirty with her in the workplace.

‘It was inappropriate,’ she said. ‘He wanted me to giggle at his jokes. I was not allowed to react.’
