John Wachira is accused of assaulting Juster Kawira Mugambi in Langata Estate. (See video on the post below)

Even though it is clearly seen in the clip, Wachira denied the charge and will be detained until Friday this week when the court is expected to make a ruling on his bail application.
The Prosecution, however, objected to his release on bail saying he might interfere with witnesses and abscond.
