Lang’ata OCPD Elijah Maina has confirmed that more than 100 teenagers have been arrested at Phenom Estate near Carnivore Restaurant. (Check out the post below)

Although most of them did not have their IDs, the OCPD confirmed that most of them were aged between 14 and 18.
According to the cop, it’s still early to substantiate whether these young lads and lasses were having sex or if the party is related to the infamous Project X, but they did have alcohol.
“They had alcohol, but there is no evidence to prove whether they were engaging in sex. However, that can not be ruled out. We have started the investigations.” – Lang’ata OCPD Elijah Maina
The police were tipped off about the house party that began at 3 PM by the estate security guard.
Their parents and lawyers are now at Lang’ata Police Station trying to sort out the issue.
The details of the arrested youth have been taken by the police and they will be arraigned in court on Monday. We are yet to know what they will be charged with.
