We have received a video that shows Babu Owino and a friend of his terrorizing and beating up someone rumoured to be a competitor of his in the upcoming SONU elections.
This happened at the Shell petrol station in Kileleshwa and while details about why they got into an altercation are unclear, the video we have shows Babu Owino clearly slapping the poor lad senseless.
