This former Kenyan TV anchor is recuperating at home after undergoing multiple surgeries. Lizz Ntonjira is known for her stint on K24 and NTV. Lizz is currently thankful that she is feeling better after spending two whole weeks in and out of hospital.
“Please value your health,” Liz wrote on a Facebook page. Asking her friends and family to appreciate the fact that they are not ailing.
“It really sucks to be sick. So after my surgery I’ve been in excruciating pain. I haven’t had a meal for 6 days…. I can’t talk coz my throat is in pain. Sleepless nights…Sometimes I feel like pulling my hair out coz of the pain. Apologies for the missed calls and unanswered texts. Health is wealth.
