Departed Kenyan gospel singer Kaberere was a loved man by many. The entire music fraternity in the country was sent into grieving when the sad news about his tragic passing on hit headlines on April 6, 2014.
It’s just over two years now since his death following an electrocution at his car wash along the Lower Kabete Road. It was such a sad and painful moment for his fans, family, music industry and the entire nation.

For his young wife Njeri Kahura (popularly known as Njesh wa Qabbz), it was more than grief. The lovely couple had a very little son and another child was already on the way. In fact, Njeri gave birth on the night after Kaberere’s funeral ceremony. The baby girl born on that night is now all grown up.
Yesterday is the late singer’s birthday and his wife had this simple but sweet message for her departed hubby…
