Rest With The Angels! Check Out The Romantic Photos Of The University Couple Who Died In The Horrific Kisii Accident

A sombre mood engulfed St. Joseph’s Nyabururu Grounds in Kisii County as the two sisters Vinnah Morangi (21 years old) and her sister Valeria Wangare (20 years old) were laid to rest. The sisters were part of the eight people who perished in the Kisii-Kilgoris accident two weeks ago after a car they were travelling in collided with a lorry.

Vinnah and Valerie; both students from Kenyatta University, left Nairobi for a friend’s party in Magena. The team arrived safely in Kisii and en route to the Magena, a few kilometres from the town, those travelling in a Voxy, the second car, were involved in a grisly accident that left eight dead and one nursing injuries. The survivor narrated how ‘they’ changed a driver and Duncan Nyanaro, Vinna Morangi’s boyfriend was the driver of the car that was involved in the accident.

Duncan Nyanaro, a Civil Engineering student at Dedan Kimathi University, the first born and only son in their family scored an A plain from Maranda High school in 2014 and was admitted to Dedan Kimathi University in 2015 was in a romantic relationship with Vinnah. Before they met their untimely death, the lovebirds had been to a ‘romantic’ photoshoot and after the horrific accident, their friends shared their photos on social media describing them as the young, outgoing and ‘perfect’ couple.
