This Is The Thing That Michelle Obama Does With Her Husband To Keep Fit

In a fast and busy life, it normally gets tricky when we try to keep fit. I recently watched an interview that Ciara did for Big Boy TV and she admitted that even though she is having a really crazy life – on tour and recording – she always tries to make things work for her. She tries her very best to find time for a work out sessions.

Recently, Michelle Obama did an exclusive interview with AOL in which she discussed – among other things – how she keeps fit and healthy.

“My husband and I make physical activity a priority in our lives, and our daughters love being active as well. And while we each have sports and activities we enjoy, we try to go for hikes or bike rides together whenever we get the chance,” the First Lady Of The United States revealed.

Michelle is known for her gorgeous look despite her age. She is a fashion icon and an inspiration to many.

She also opened up about how she had a hard time trying to make her family maintain a healthy diet.

“When our girls were young, Barack and I struggled to juggle the demands of our jobs with the needs of our family, and we didn’t always take the time to prepare healthy meals. It got to the point where our paediatrician pulled me aside and recommended that we make some changes in how we were eating,” she admitted.

However, they have now maintained a closely knit family that leads a healthy life, feeding on the finest food on the planet;

“That was a real wakeup call for us, and we immediately started eating more fruits and vegetables, drinking more water, watching our portions, and eating less take-out. This wasn’t always easy, and there was some occasional grumbling as we adjusted to a new way of eating. But we found that eating meals together as a family was hugely helpful because Barack and I could set an example by modeling healthy eating for our girls,” the Harvard Law School graduate added.
